Simon joined the Hank Haney Golf organization in Austin, Texas, 2002. He then relocated to Hank Haney Golf Academy at Westridge in 2005. Simon manages the Junior Development Program at Westridge. He is passionate about guiding young golfers on developing their golfing strategy and achieving their desired level of excellence in play. His students have won tournaments up to the high school level. Simon is also very active in assisting his students in obtaining collegiate golf scholarships.
